Policies & Information


Because of our small size and our policy of not overbooking our rooms, cancellations affect us significantly.

Date changes made with at least 7 days notice (before arrival) are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made prior to 7 days in advance of arrival are subject to the the deposit amount being forfeited. Within 7 days of arrival, reservations are firm and cancellations or changes are subject to the full accommodation being charged.

Reservations made under group or discounted rates are completely non-cancelled, and are subject to the full accommodation being charged.

Should you expect to arrive after 6:00pm, we would appreciate advance notice so that we can ensure your accommodation is held for you.

Check-In: 3:00pm (please note check-ins cannot always be guaranteed at this time, especially on days with a high number of guests checking in)

Check-Out: 11:00am

Non-Smoking: Eganridge is a non-smoking property.

Children: Children’s Rates are the same as an adult when occupying an adult space.

Pets: Dogs are welcome in selected cottages and Terrace Rooms at a rate of $25.00 per dog, per visit when Eganridge is informed at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per dog applies when discovered after check-in. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited and a minimum fee of $250 applies if other animals are brought in.

Pool: We have an outdoor/seasonal 4 ft deep cold water plunge/dipping pool.
