The Spa Frequently Asked Questions

No, The Spa at Eganridge is available to Day Spa Guests During All Opening Hours. You Do Not Need To Be An Overnight Guest At The Resort.

Day Passes Include Use of a Signature Robe, Locker, Steam Rooms, Saunas, Gym and Seasonal Pool. They are available at a cost of $35 Per Day, and Discounted to $15 Per Day For Members. Day Passes Are Included Free of Charge With All Massage, Facial and Body Treatments.

We understand that occasionally, circumstances may change requiring you to either move or cancel your appointment. At the same time, when we hold an appointment for you, we turn down other prospective clients, and our service providers livelihood depends on being able to perform services. As such, the following cancellation policy applies. More than 48 hours from the Start of your Appointment: Can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Less than 48 hours from the Start of your Appointment, but not the same day: You will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, plus tax. Day of the appointment: You will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, plus tax.

Spa guests must be at least 12 years old to receive services, and be accompanied by a parent. You must be 16 years or older to use the Saunas or Steam Rooms.

We recommend that you book as soon as possible. Within one to two weeks of arrival, availability can be limited, especially on weekends and during holiday periods.

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to register and change before your treatment. Arriving just in time will cheat you of precious minutes of your service. We complete each experience punctually so the next client will not be delayed. A locker, robe, and towels will be provided as appropriate. We kindly request that you leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

Yes, we are pleased to offer our guests a selection of Spa Cuisine & Beverages to be enjoyed in our Spa Lounge.

We employ both male and female professionally trained therapists. We are committed to the principle of Employment Equity, which means we will provide equal treatment in employment and will not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, or creed, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, physical handicap, age, ethnic origin, or political belief. As such, our team will never ask you for any preferences in the selection of your therapist. Should you have a specific reason for making a request, you are welcome to share that with us at the time of reservation and we will note it on your booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it is not guaranteed.

Give the gift of relaxation and well-being. Gift Cards are purchased in the dollar value you choose and will never expire. Gift cards cannot be purchased for overnight accommodation packages, or specific services. They can be used anywhere at Eganridge including The Spa, Golf Course, Hotel, or Restaurants. You may purchase a gift card by visiting the hotel front desk or calling 705-738-5111 extension 1.

We are available for Services Wednesday Through Sunday From 10:00am to 6:00pm For Our Overnight Hotel Guests, The Spa Amenities Are Available 7 Days A Week From 8:00 am to 8:00pm.
